COVID-19 Operating Procedures
As we cautiously approach a return towards a 'new normal', we have made some changes to our operating procedures to adapt to these constantly-evolving circumstances. These new procedures are in line with the latest scientific and medical advice, as well as recommendation from ATCM (The Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture UK). Your safety is our priority, and we want to do our utmost to ensure that our clinic meet these high safety standards when you visit. As such, we are delighted to share with you our latest operating procedures.

During the Session – Our Commitment to Your Safety
Every effort has been made to ensure that the environment is as safe as possible whilst maintaining our treatment standards. As such, we abide by these following measures:
Medical Certified Mask – the practitioner will wear a fluid-resistant surgical face mask (Type IIR Certified) or a medical FFP2 respirator face mask (Medical PPE Certified) throughout the session.
Apron – the practitioner will be wearing a single-use clinical apron.
Gloves – the practitioner will be wearing single-use latex-free and powder-free medical examination gloves.
Hand Sanitisation – a 70% or 80% alcohol-based sanitiser will be used throughout the session at appropriate intervals.
Single Use Clinician Bed Roll – only single-use paper will be used on our beds.
Sanitisation of Bed – the surface of the bed will be thoroughly sanitised with clinical grade sanitiser before and after each session.
Aeration of Room – we will aerate the room before and after each appointment and spray the room with air-disinfectant.
We hope that this gives you peace of mind when visiting. The aim of our approach is to minimise exposure to risk and maximise safety to ensure the welfare of everyone. We would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to welcoming you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Keep well and stay safe.
